Members of the Australian Kangaroos and Jillaroos Rugby League 2017 World Cup teams were ambassadors for our Deadly Choices program, during the 2017 World Cup.
The ambassadors and the excitement of the World Cup helped us reach even more communities and spread the word about the importance of getting a regular health check.
If you get your 715 health check at a participating Aboriginal Medical Service, before the end of March 2018, you can score one of the Deadly Roos shirts too!
Support the Deadly Roos, just as they’re supporting better health outcomes for community.
Deadly Roos ambassadors made appearances at game day events as the Australian team travelled through the ACT, New South Wales, the NT and regional Queensland for the World Cup. There also attended community activations around other games during the tournament.
Prevention is better than cure – is it time for your health check?
